Both Mr. Ashish Khanna and Aditya Khanna have been past Tennis Players and have represented the National Team & State Teams. Besides the above both are successful entrepreneurs with their stake holding in Businesses from Textiles, Real Estate, Infrastructure Development to name a few
Mr. Ashish Khanna holds an Msc. & DIC (Computer Sciences) from The Prestigious Imperial College in London & BA (Econ Hons.) from The Manchester Business School. He is presently the Owner Director of companies in various fields such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, Textiles, Sports Academies and Education
Mr. Aditya Khanna holds an MBA from The Prestigious Oxford University in England & BSc (Accounting & Finance) from The London School of Economics & Political Science. He is presently the Owner Director of companies in various fields such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, Textiles, Sports Academies and Education
Karina manages ADAB's overall operations and resources, nurtures all our student-athletes, and provides the guidace and education to empower athletes and their families to enable a successful college recruitment experience
As a Former World No. 273 and NCAA Division I student athlete, Karina understands what the commitment and expectations are for a sportsperson and collegiate student athlete at the highest level of participation.She knows the recruiting success secrets to use and the pitfalls to avoid
Karina studied in Eastern Michigan University on a 100% scholarship where she consistently played in the top 2 and 3 lineup in singles, and 1 and 2 in doubles, and acted as the team captain. She was on the Dean's list and awarded the recipient of scholar-athlete medal all 4 years , and graduated with a degree in Business Management as an honour student
Some of her career highlights include- World No.273, Asia No.2 in U-14 category, India No.1 in U-18 singles category, India No.2 in U-18 doubles category , and state No.2 in U-16
Before ADAB Sports, Karina was heading Operations & Marketing for Indian Aces-IPTL (Indian team at the International Premier Tennis League) for two consecutive years where she managed some of the world's top tennis players
Adarsh earned his Bachelor's of science in Business Management with a specialization in sports and recreation management from Salem International University, an NCAA Division 2 University. Prior to playing for the Salem Tigers, Adarsh played at Prairie State College, one of the top-ranked NJCAA institutions.
While playing for PSC in his freshman and sophomore years, he helped his team play the NJCAA Championships for two consecutive years. He won the Regionals and Conference titles with Prairie State in 2015 and 2016 and went on to make it to the doubles quarterfinals in the NJCAA nationals. During his junior years in India, he was ranked in the top 100 in all three categories.
Apart from his playing career, he has also worked as an academy manager for Tennis on the Lake in Chicago
Shreya completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University as an NCAA Division. I student-athlete on a 100% scholarship. In 2017, as a senior, she played against the current WTA No.31, Danielle Collins, in the NCAA Championships.
While in college, she was named Woman of the Year for FDU in 2017, made it to the Dean’s list for 7 semesters and made it to the Northeast Conference All-Conference first and second teams in all 4 years.
Shreya has been ranked in the top 500 in the ITF Juniors rankings. To get to a career high of 1147 in the WTA rankings, in 2013, she beat the then WTA No.326 Mai Minokoshi of Japan. Within India, she was ranked 13 in U-16, 9 in U-18 and 17 in Women’s Singles.
Ayush is a former top-50 nationally ranked tennis player with BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. Prior to joining ADAB Sports Consulting, Ayush has worked in sports management companies and mentored few young and upcoming tennis players.
Ayush brings with him extensive knowledge of competitive tennis in India and is well versed with the rigors of the sport at the Junior Level. An avid sports lover and tennis enthusiast, Ayush has an eye of detail and zest for imparting tennis knowledge to budding players
Karan has been an active junior national golfer and was ranked as high as 3 in the country. He then went on to pursue his International Relations degree from King’s College London where he graduated with Honours.
He was the President of the King’s College Golf team, and the starting player for the University of London.
Rakshit is a former international-level tennis player with an ATP ranking of 1237, junior ITF ranking of 364, and highest junior national ranking of 7. He also achieved a UTR of 12.79. He attended Drake University (at the time NCAA Div. 1 ranking of 27).
He then transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi, a Division 1 University, where he graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Economics and Business. He consistently made it to the lineup in the Men’s tennis team at USM in both, singles and doubles. He is currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration and Management with a minor in marketing. He worked with the Men's tennis team as the manager for a year where he helped with the recruitment and managing of the team.
